Our Mission
Sumtimes will be an investment vehicle looking for opportunities to invest within the community (Greater Houston Area). Real Estate, Apartment Complexes, RV Parks, Restaurants, Franchises, Child Development, or whatever makes best returns while helping our community.
We will do fund raises through friends and family to fund future opportunities before bringing to market. We believe to get something you never had, you gotta do something you never did.
Sumtimes Investments will be the parent company.
Our first company within the portfolio is:
Sumtimes Coffee, LLC which will own/ operate a 5 store Scooter Franchise in the Spring, Porter, New Caney, Cleveland Area. The first location is currently being built in Spring, Texas
